Tariffs 2024
The rates for the different consultation options are shown below. Travel costs and travel time up to 30 km from Amersfoort are included in the price. I will travel further if you want, but an additional mileage rate will be charged. If the estimated travel time is longer than 30 minutes, we will discuss an additional charge for travel time. For consultations on weekends or in the evenings, a surcharge of 25% will be applied.

After a consultation or breastfeeding course you will receive an invoice by email and a payment link. The payment term is 14 days. Furthermore, the general terms and conditions apply.
If a consultation is scheduled, I will reserve this time for you. If you want to cancel the consultation, please do so as early as possible. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, an invoice will be sent for 50% of the consultation rate.
Many insurance policies reimburse lactation consultant from the supplementary insurance. It can be useful to ask your insurance whether they reimburse lactation consultants, and what conditions apply. Most insurance policies have the condition that the lactation consultant is registered with the Dutch Association of Lactation Consultants (NVL). My NVL membership number is on the invoice. You can read more about reimbursements for lactation care at the various health insurers here (Dutch). I do not deal directly with the insurers, but you can submit your invoice to them yourself.
Should your financial situation prevent you from seeking help, please contact me. We can explore the options together so you can access the help you need. I do NOT start charging you from the minute I pick up the phone, but please discuss these issues up front.
