 My name is  Ellen Kamman, and I am a Lactation Consultant IBCLC. After my obtaining my Master's degree in  Biomedical Health Sciences in Nijmegen, I lived and worked in South Africa between 1997 and 2016. I got married in Cape Town and my three children were born in South Africa (now 15, 21 and 23) and all three were breastfed. I know what it is like to have your children in a foreign country! I worked as a data analyst and research consultant. After the birth of my youngest child, I volunteered to support parents with breastfeeding. I enjoyed helping parents so much that I decided to get my IBCLC diploma in 2011 and become a lactation consultant. I currently live in Amersfoort with my husband and three children. I am fully bilingual (Dutch/English)
